AIG Sold To ZFS
US auto insurance business of AIG, American Insurance Group is sold to ZFS, Zurich Financial Services.The offer was $1.9 billion. The method of payment made by ZFS is $1.5 billion in cash and the remaining $400 million was made in Euro denominations. The sources were supported from ZFS main operating unit Zurich Insurance Company.
